    This is a really awesome post-Thanksgiving detox meal… you’ve got some straight up protein with some salsa heat to free one’s blood from that gravy-like consistency and get it moving a little faster 🙂

      I like that game plan! Stuff ourselves full of taters, gravy and sweet slices of pie, then eat this meal for breakfast tomorrow morning. Maybe with a detox smoothie to wash it all down too. Cheers and happy Gobble day to you Matt!
